Eligibility for Returns - Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required - Certain items such as personal care products, LED therapy masks, and pet feeders may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons - Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return How to Initiate a Return 1. Email us at support@trendhaus.store with your order number and the reason for your return 2. We will review your request and provide a return shipping address within 48 hours 3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method 4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item Refund Processing - Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase - Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error - If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping) - During peak periods, refund processing may take up to 10 business days Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the item has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
